Knowledge of Nutrition Installation Staff in Use Self-Protector Equipment in Udayana Hospital Denpasar
Abstract
In every job always contains the potential risk of danger in the form of workplace accidents. One way to reduce the dangers that exist in every side of job then workers need to be given protection by providing the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to workers. Based on the results of preliminary observations have been conducted at the RumahSakit Tingkat II Udayana, it is known that the labor waitresses and cooks at the nutritional use of PPE is still incomplete or not in accordance with the provisions. The results showed the level of knowledge about the use of PPE Of the 25 samples of the vast majority (22 people) with the level of knowledge of the use of PPE Good, and the remainder (3) by knowledge sufficient level of use of PPE respondents by observation, there are employees who do not use PPE with such complete appropriate shoes while working, do not wear masks or gloves.
