TOOLS FOR DETERMINING ELEMENT PRIORITY
Abstract
The following is a series of tutorial scripts on tools for determining element priority or problem priority. There are two methods to determine the priority of elements or problems, namely qualitative methods (non-scoring techniques) and quantitative methods (technique scoring). The purpose of writing articles in general is to determine the choice of the right method to prioritize problem solving and/or select the elements of each parameter. There are six qualitative methods and sixteen quantitative methods. All of these methods will be written in a series of tutorials. In the script of each tutorial will be described about the introduction, technical methods, weaknesses and strengths of the method, implementation procedures, and technical data analysis. The first tutorial in the series describes the brainwriting method.
